Full Stack Developer · Agentic AI · VeriFactu, TicketBAI & Anti-Fraud Law

I design systems of specialised AI agents that coordinate with each other, such as AppBuildery, which turns a plain-language description into a complete app.

At ADISS (ERPLOOP) I also turn Spanish tax regulation into software: the Anti-Fraud Law, TicketBAI and VeriFactu, connected to the Spanish Tax Agency and the Basque regional tax authorities.

AI & agents

I design workflows built on specialised AI agents: each one has a narrow role, they coordinate with each other and share context so the outcome stays coherent.

  1. Multi-agent orchestration

    Coordinate rather than pile up

An orchestrator agent breaks the task down, hands the subtasks to specialists (in parallel or in sequence, depending on how they depend on each other) and merges the results into a single deliverable.

  2. Specialised agents

    One role, clear rules

Each agent has a specific role and clear limits: some design and build, others review in read-only mode. They hand work over through output contracts.

  3. AI-assisted development

    Claude Code and other LLMs

I use AI as an everyday development tool, with human oversight on the decisions that matter: version control and integration are always decided by a person.

Editorial staff

The team of agents I work with, organised like a newsroom: an editor-in-chief who commissions the work and specialists who deliver it.

OrchestratorEditor-in-chief
Analyses the task, decides which specialists step in, splits it into subtasks (in parallel when they are independent, in sequence when they depend on each other) and writes each one a precise brief: context, constraints, output format and a definition of done.
Backend architect
Designs endpoints and modules with a layered clean architecture.
Frontend developer
Builds components and interfaces.
Design director
Designs, critiques and polishes the interface with an eye for craft and accessibility, motion included.
UI/UX reviewer
Audits usability and accessibility. Read-only.
Code reviewer
Looks after quality, performance and maintainability.
Security auditor
Hunts for injection, authorisation flaws, exposed secrets or XSS. Read-only.
Test runner
Runs the suite, diagnoses failures and writes tests.
E-invoicing specialist
Turns a technical specification into the structure of a module, following existing patterns.

House rules

  1. Agents hand work over through output contracts: every brief states what to deliver and when it is done.
  2. Security and quality reviews run in parallel.
  3. Version control and integration are decided by a person.

AppBuildery

Describe the app you need in plain language and a team of AI agents builds it end to end, frontend and backend included.

«In plain language. No jargon. The rest is automatic.»

Visit AppBuildery (external site)
  1. From prompt to app. A guided assistant captures the data the app manages, its main views and features such as login, table listings, filters and search, CSV export or responsive design.

  2. Built by agents. An orchestrator model (Anthropic’s Claude) coordinates the agents that generate the application, in 5 to 30 minutes depending on its complexity.

  3. API keys stay safe. To integrate external APIs, the agent generates a backend proxy, so keys never reach the browser.

  4. Iteration. You can keep adding fields, REST endpoints, filters or UI improvements to the generated app, or start from a template. It runs on the user’s own Anthropic API key.

Provisions

Tax compliance

At ERPLOOP I adapt the software to each regulation and build the connection between the ERP, the Spanish Tax Agency and the regional tax authorities.

Art. 1

Anti-Fraud Law

Law 11/2021 of 9 July · SIF Regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023)

Bringing the ERP in line with the requirements for invoicing systems (SIF): integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and immutability of records.

Art. 2

TicketBAI

Regional rules of Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa

TicketBAI for the Basque regional tax authorities: every invoice is signed, carries its QR code and is sent to the relevant authority straight from the ERP.

Art. 3

VeriFactu

Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December

Invoicing records chained by hash, with a direct connection between the ERP and the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) to submit them.

Additional provisionComing up

B2B e-invoicing

Law 18/2022 of 28 September (“Crea y Crece”)

Mandatory electronic invoicing between businesses. On the radar as the natural next step after VeriFactu.

Experience

  1. Full Stack Developer

    ADISS · ERPLOOP department

ERPLOOP is the accounting and invoicing ERP built by ADISS. I implement tax compliance in it and push the use of AI across development.

    • Implementation of the Anti-Fraud Law (Law 11/2021, SIF / Royal Decree 1007/2023), TicketBAI and VeriFactu in the ERP.
    • Adapting the software to each regulation and connecting the ERP with the Spanish Tax Agency and the regional tax authorities.
    • Designing workflows with specialised AI agents that coordinate with each other (multi-agent orchestration).

Preamble

About me

I started out as a web developer focused on interface design; my first portfolio, back in 2022, was built around it.

Since October 2023 I have been a full stack developer on ERPLOOP, the accounting and invoicing ERP built by ADISS, where I turn tax regulation into software: the Anti-Fraud Law, TicketBAI and VeriFactu.

Today I pair that work with a strong commitment to artificial intelligence: I design workflows in which several specialised agents share the work and coordinate with each other, and I built AppBuildery, which creates complete applications from a plain-language description.

Enquiries

Frequently asked questions

What is AppBuildery?

AppBuildery is Jorge Romero Martínez’s own product: you describe the app you need in plain language and a team of AI agents, coordinated by an orchestrator model (Anthropic’s Claude), builds a complete application with frontend and backend in 5 to 30 minutes depending on its complexity. For external API integrations it generates a backend proxy so API keys never reach the browser, and you can keep iterating on the generated app.

What do you do with AI agents?

I design workflows with specialised AI agents that coordinate with each other. An orchestrator analyses the task and splits it among specialists (backend architecture, frontend, design, UI/UX review, code review, security, testing and e-invoicing) through briefs with output contracts. Security and quality reviews run in parallel, and version control and integration are decided by a person. I apply this to software development with Claude Code and other LLMs; the same orchestration idea is behind AppBuildery.

What is VeriFactu and what have you done with it?

VeriFactu is the system set out in Spain’s Royal Decree 1007/2023, under which invoicing software produces records chained by hash and submits them to the Spanish Tax Agency. At ERPLOOP I adapted the ERP to its requirements and built the connection with the AEAT.

What does the Anti-Fraud Law require from invoicing software?

Law 11/2021 and its regulation (Royal Decree 1007/2023) require invoicing systems (SIF) to guarantee the integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and immutability of records. My job is to make sure ERPLOOP meets those requirements.

Have you worked with TicketBAI?

Yes. I implemented TicketBAI in ERPLOOP for the regional tax authorities of Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa, including the connection between the ERP and each of them.
